Yasiel Puig and L.A. Dodgers Rookies Dress as Cheerleaders

RadioOnFire.com - While Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig might have been sent back down to the minor leagues for a couple of mechanical [and attitude] adjustments, it has been four years since he first put on a major league uniform.
The 25-year-old animated player went from heavy rotation on SportsCenter for a sensational diving catch he made to save pitcher Rich Hill's perfect game on Saturday night to trending on social media Sunday [September 11], as pictures surfaced of him wearing a pleated skirt and top. Each year teams across the league participate in dress up day as a sort of right of passage. Each of the Dodgers rookies had to wear the skirts, and top with their name written on the back, on their flight from Miami to New York for their series against the Yankees.
Puig didn't have to involve himself in the fun, but he did, filming himself reciting a cheer for his Los Angeles Dodgers, and also sending out a good luck cheer for the L.A. Rams with a tweet in which he tagged Ram's quarterback Jared Goff.
