Troy Ave Released From Hospital; Claims To Be The Victim

RadioOnFire.com - Troy Ave has been released from the hospital after the Irving Plaza shooting and is now claiming that he was a victim in the shooting. He is pleading not guilty and will remain without bail. Prosecutors say that Troy shot into a crowd not caring about those around him.

Assistant DA Christine Keenan says,

“This defendant is on video coming out of the VIP room where the individuals were shot. He had the gun in his hand and was seen firing that gun in the direction of fleeing patrons.”

She went on to say he did not wait for responders to arrive before he went to the hospital. One of his own vans took him. This is still an ongoing investigation.

Crazy! Gucci Mane’s “First Day Out Tha Feds” Did Over 1 Million Streams In A Day!

RadioOnFire.com - Sometimes an artist’s hype can end up being bigger than them, and it results in tons of tweets and mentions…but no sales. We saw this with Boosie when he was released from jail two years ago, and even Soulja Boy would be an example, whose millions of followers resulted in nothing but his album going triple BRICK in 2010. I’d add Troy Ave here too, but….#TooSoon.

Fortunately for Gucci Mane, it doesn’t seem to be the case with him. In just 24 hours, his first post-prison release, the aptly-titled “First Day Out Tha Feds,” garnered a whopping 1.1 MILLION streams…with 900k of that coming in the first 12 hours! And now that streams can add to sales, which can add to revenue, these fans (and hypebeasts mixed in) are officially putting their money where their mouth is fingertips are.

I look forward to seeing what Gucci does next!

Drake’s “Views” Is No. 1 For 4th Straight Week With Another Record Streaming Performance

RadioOnFire.com - Drizzy’s Views spends another week atop the charts, reports Billboard, for the fourth consecutive week.

Views sold an equivalent of 189,000 album units in the week ending May 26, with 50,000 of that total counting as traditional album sales, reports Nielsen Music. The album’s streaming numbers, 166.2 million streams, translated into an equivalent of 110,000 album units. In its fourth week, Views was even able to top Ariana Grande’s Dangerous Woman, which debuted at No. 2 with an extensive 175,000 equivalent album units moved, 129,000 of which are traditional album sales.

The last man to have an album spend more weeks at the top of the Billboard 200 chart was Michael Buble, with his Christmas album going No. 1 for five consecutive weeks beginning in December 2011. Excluding holiday albums, Eminem’s Recovery was the last album to chart more weeks at No. 1 than Views, when it racked up a total of seven nonconsecutive weeks atop the chart between July and September in 2010.

N.O. Pelicans Player Bryce Dejean-Jones Meant To Enter The Home Of His Baby's Mom When He Was Shot & Killed Breaking Into Wrong Apartment

DALLAS (AP) — New Orleans Pelicans rookie Bryce Dejean-Jones was fatally shot after breaking down the door to a Dallas apartment, authorities said Saturday. Officers were called early Saturday and found the 23-year-old player collapsed in an outdoor passageway, Senior Cpl. DeMarquis Black said in a statement. Dejean-Jones was taken to a hospital where he died.
According to an email that the apartment complex sent to its residents Saturday morning, the individual was "believed to be breaking into the apartment of an estranged acquaintance [but] inadvertently broke into the wrong apartment."
Dejean-Jones was visiting his girlfriend in Dallas for his daughter's first birthday, which was Saturday, according to Nichols. He said the girlfriend returned to the apartment first while Dejean-Jones went for a walk after they had gone out.
"He went to the wrong apartment unfortunately and I think he thought his girlfriend locked him out, so he was knocking on the door, banging on the door, it's locked,'' Nichols told the Associated Press. "So one thing led to another.''
Sources told ESPN that Dejean-Jones was involved in an argument with the child's mother before the shooting.
According to a report from the NBA's senior vice president and chief security officer that was sent to teams and obtained by ESPN, no charges have been filed against the apartment resident. Under Texas law, a person is allowed to use deadly force to defend themselves in their home. It also says a person using force cannot provoke the attacker or be involved in criminal activity at the time.
The NBA report obtained by ESPN also noted that a toxicology report is "a couple weeks" away, but it is "unknown at this time if a substance played a part in the incident." An update from the Dallas PD is expected Tuesday.

In his only NBA season, which ended in February because of a broken right wrist, the 6-foot-6 guard started 11 of 14 games and averaged 5.6 points and 3.4 rebounds.
He was part of the 2014-15 Iowa State team that went 25-9, captured a Big 12 title and made a fourth consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament. He was fourth on the team in scoring, averaging 10.5 points in 33 games. He shot a career-best 47.6 percent in his lone season as a Cyclone. He also played at Southern California and UNLV.

Troy Ave ARRESTED For Irving Plaza Incident; Reportedly Could Be Charged w/ Murder

RadioOnFire.com - There is more drama coming out of the shooting at Irving Plaza.
After yesterday's drama which saw three men shot, with one dead there is more news coming out of Irving Plaza. Troy Ave was reportedly arrested following the event.

According to the NY Daily News
An up and coming rapper from Brooklyn with a beef was charged Thursday with opening fire backstage at Irving Plaza during a T.I. concert, killing one and wounding two others, police sources said.
Troy Ave, of Crown Heights, accidentally shot himself during the chaos in the leg, sources said. He was charged with reckless endangerment and illegal weapons possession, according to sources.

But the plot gets even deeper.
Police said they were awaiting the result of ballistics tests before charging Troy Ave with murder.
It was unclear why Troy Ave allegedly gunned down  Ronald “Edgar” McPhatter, who was said to be close to the rapper.
There is also reportedly clear video of the incident.
“There is clear video, very graphic video. He walks right out, women all around, and starts shooting his gun,” a source said.
We will give you more information as it becomes available.

Watch The Complete Chaos Backstage As The Shots Are Fired That Killed 1 Man & Injured 3, Including Troy Ave At T.I.'s NYC Concert. Police Commissioner Blames Gangster Rap

TMZ has obtained footage of the chaos backstage at Irving Plaza in New York City as shots are being fired during T.I.'s concert Wednesday, May 25.
People scramble for safety as the gunman, who cannot be seen in the video, slowly fires 5 shots from what ABC 7 reports was a 9 mm handgun.

As we previously reported, 4 people were hit with bullets during the shooting.
Troy Ave was shot in the leg, but is expected to recover. A 26-year old woman was also shot in the leg. She is in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital. A 34-year old man is in stable condition at Bellevue with a chest wound. The fourth victim, a 33-year old man, died at Beth Israel Hospital from a gunshot wound to the stomach.
Everyone backstage, including the gunman, had credentials to be there.
Police Commissioner Bill Bratton blamed the violence on "gangster rap."
"The crazy world of these so-called rap artists basically celebrates the violence," said Bratton Thursday morning on WCBS AM. "Unfortunately, that violence sometimes manifests itself in their performances and that's exactly what happened last evening. The backgrounds of some of these people, unfortunately the lifestyles they led or had, follows them into the entertainment world. No question a lot of talented artists, enjoy the music. Music all too often celebrates violence, degradation of women and the drug culture. It's unfortunate that some of them, as they get fame and fortune, cannot get out of the life."
According to ABC 7, Bratton added that NYPD detectives "have a pretty good idea of what happened" and should be able to "wrap this up very quickly."

Former Bad Boy Rapper Craig Mack In A Cult?

RadioOnFire.com - Former Bad Boy Records rapper Craig Mack rose to fame in 1994 when he released the hit song "Flava in Ya Ear" off of his debut album, "Project Funk da World."

The 45-year old Queens, New York native would go on to release one more album,"Operation: Get Down," in 1997. After that he faded into obscurity.
Around 2012 Mack joined The Overcomer Ministry in Walterboro, South Carolina. He gave all off of his worldly possessions to the church, that some have called a cult.
In a just released video Mack stands alongside the ministry's founder, The Last Day Prophet of God, Brother R.G. Stair, and freestyles about God and being saved.

Tyga And Kylie Jenner Sex Tape Leaked Online! Picture From It Plans To Be Sold

RadioOnFire.com - Uh oh, it’s not looking good for the Kardashian camp. Yet another Kardashian might be exposed for a sex tape and its nothing short of good news for 18 year old Kylie Jenner and Tyga.

The video was reportedly released on Tyga’s website for a surprising 30 minutes. It was eventually taken down but that was obviously more than enough time for someone to take the video for their own use.
From this fiasco, a picture (from the video) is said to be sold to anyone willing to buy and will probably surface soon. The image was reported as “a young woman performing a sexual act on an African-American male”. For all we know that could be anybody though.
There also have been claims, from several people, that they have the full video but no one could really be sure about that nowadays.

One thing we are sure about is the Kardashian camp saying
“Kris told him flat out that if he ever messes with Kylie’s image, she will personally destroy him, and Kanye will make sure he never works again. If Tyga does have video of him and Kylie having sex it will never see the light of day.”

Well then… We’ll see what’s to come of this.

Mark Cuban Says He Would “Absolutely” Consider Being Hillary Clinton’s Vice President

RadioOnFire.com - Mark Cuban sounds like he is ready to throw his hat in the political ring when he said he would “absolutely” consider being Hillary Clinton’s running mate for the democratic party.

Cuban, had previously said he would like to be Hillary’s VP candidate as long as he could “throw bombs” at Donald Trump but he is actually very serious about a potential VP role.

“I like the fact that [Secretary] Clinton has thought-out proposals,” he continued. “That’s a good thing because at least we get to see exactly where she stands.”

“If she’s willing to listen, if she’s willing to, you know, hear other sides of things, then I’m wide open to discussing it,” he said.

Last year, Cuban had mentioned he would be open to hearing from Trump about being a possible running mate for him but he is no longer a fan of Trump.

“I know what Hillary’s positions are,” he said. “I can go to Hillary’s website and there’s spreadsheets, there’s depth, there’s analysis, there’s details. Is going to Donald’s website — which I have — he lists issues. He lists top-line things that he’d like to do, but he doesn’t say how he’s going to get there.”

Cuban would definitely get more people interested in the presidential race but it’s up to Hillary at this point if she will want to make that move.

Kylie Jenner & PARTYNEXTDOOR Quickly Move On From Tyga & Kehlani Relationships To Each Other

RadioOnFire.com - It was just a couple weeks ago that PARTYNEXTDOOR was at the hospital bedside of the suicidal love of his life, Kehlani, following the Kyrie Irving cheating scandal.

And Tyga was sporting that Kylie Jenner tattoo on his arm.

TMZ spotted the rumored new couple leaving the TCL Theatre in Hollywood after catching Russell Simmon's All Def Comedy Live Wednesday, May 18.

This would explain the pic above that PND posted on Instagram a week ago.

Irving is probably somewhere having a good laugh at all of this and glad Khelani's out of his life.

Master P Ordered To Cough Up $825K Lump Sum Payment To Estranged Wife Sonya Miller For Spousal & Back Child Support

RadioOnFire.com - It looks like Master P's divorce from his estranged with Sonya Miller is going to leave a huge dent in his bank account.
TMZ reports that the business mogul has been ordered to pay his soon-to-be-ex a lump sum of $825,000, his entire salary from season 2 of the Reelz reality show, "Master P's Family Empire."

The judge in the case said that amount will cover back child support, future child support and spousal support payments.
P, real name Percy Miller, also has to pay $15,000 to Sonya's lawyers.

The amount he's being forced to fork over will most likely pale in comparison to what the No Limit business mogul will have to cough up once the divorce is settled.
Sonya wants a huge cut of P's estimated $200 million empire that she claims couldn't have been built without her help.

The couple have been married for 27 years and have 9 children.
Their split has been extremely bitter. P says Sonya is a drug addict. She's fired back with accusations that he has refused to help her out financially, and at one point threatened to have her SUV repossessed, cut off her phone and tried to kick her out of the Calabasas home where she lives with 7 of their kids.
