RadioOnFire.com - Johnny Depp will star as L.A. detective, Russell Poole, in the upcoming film Labyrinth which is based on a book of the same name that documents a deeper investigation into the murders of Biggie and Tupac.
Poole launched the investigation and made some shocking discoveries in the book which will most likely make it to the big screen. He attempted to pin the murder of the Notorious B.I.G. on Death Row Records head Suge Knight but altered his opinion on the matter years later. The film will be directed by Brad Furman. Poole was allegedly preparing an apology for Knight before he died of a heart attack just over one year ago. Aside from what he believed were Knights ties to the murders, he was able to uncover a good deal of corruption in the L.A.P.D.
