RadioOnFire.com - Dwyane Wade made the decision to leave Miami after 13 years, which shocked a lot of fans, and the famed athlete took out a billboard to thank the fans who stood by him all those years. The billboard featured a smiling Wade with the simple message, "Thank you Miami."
Despite his long stay in Miami, Wade took repeated pay cuts to help the team recruit other athletes and to manage their salary cap. When the Heat offered him $10 million to stay, Wade left for his hometown of Chicago, who offered Dwyane $20 million.
