Randy Moss Gives Trent Dilfer a Nasty Look as He Slams Colin Kaepernick

RadioOnFire.com - NFL great Randy Moss on Sunday, [September 11] had an expression on his face during a segment of Sunday NFL Countdown that fans believe represent the mood of race relations in America today.
Moss was sitting beside co-host Trent Dilfer, and listening as the former 49'ers quarterback criticized Colin Kaepernick for bringing what he inferred to be a distraction, to his team. Dilfer, who played for the Niners in 2006, and is reported to be good friends with 49'ers general manager Trent Baalke, suggested that Kaepernick was out of place, saying, "This is a backup quarterback whose job is to be quiet, and sit in the shadows and get the starter ready to play Week 1, yet he chose a time where all of a sudden he became the center of attention. And it has disrupted that organization. It has caused friction. And it’s torn at the fabric of the team." As Dilfer continued, Moss nodded along but kept a grimace that many interpreted to be a look of disgust with what his colleague was saying.

There has been no indication that Kaepernick's protest has created issues in the Niners locker room. In fact, safety Eric Reid notably joined Kaepernick in taking a knee during the team's final pre-season game last week, and wide receiver Torrey Smith has said that Kaepernick's actions have helped bond the team. Linebacker Eli Harold followed up Dilfer's remarks with a tweet directed at him that read, “Trent Dilfer you are an idiot. You really just pissed me off.”
