Young Buck's Mom Claims Prosecutor Set Her Son Up

RadioOnFire.com - Rapper Young Buck was recently sentenced to seven months in prison for violating his probation. According to reports, the rapper was arrested for harassing his ex-girlfriend and allegedly threatened to burn down her house via a text message. According to Young Buck's Mother, Audrey Horn, federal prosecutor Sunny Koshy was actively seeking to place the rapper back in jail by any means. Since making that statement, Horn took Koshy to court to try and gain a protective order. Horn gave a statement to The Tennessean, saying Koshy "used his power and influence to stalk and destroy my family."
Unfortunately, Horn was not granted a protective order. U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee David Rivera issued a statement saying "This petition was dismissed today in the General Sessions court. We consider this nothing more than an attempt to retaliate against a federal prosecutor who is simply trying to do his job.” Inconsistencies in Horn and Koshy's stories are what led to the protective order being denied.
