Russell Wilson Says He Loves Baby Future Like He is His Own Child

RadioOnFire.com - Now that it's been made official by law and he's met what is for him his Christian obligation by making an honest woman out of Ciara, Russell Wilson finally gets the be the family man he couldn't wait to be. On Monday evening [July 11], Wilson sat down to speak with People Magazine about married life, in an interview during which he professed getting chills upon realization that he was going to get to spend the rest of his life with someone he considers his best friend. The 27-year-old star QB also expressed a joyful commitment to building a family with the Mrs., starting with his full acceptance of her two-year-old son as his own.
"I think ultimately, the one thing I can say about being a stepdad and any person that's a parent – but especially when you come into a new situation – the key is loving the child as your own. That's the biggest thing," said Wilson, who stepped aside from rehearsing for his role as host of the Kids Choice Sports Awards. Followers of the couple's Facebook page got to witness just how close Wilson's bond already is with his step-son, when while filming themselves on Facebook Live, baby Future called him "Papa." According to Wilson, there will be plenty more moments to share, with the inclusion of a couple of siblings for the little man.
"I want to have a bunch of kids — me and Ci do. I think that ever since the first day I ever met Ciara and Little Man, too, it's been really cool and really special … Ciara's such a great mom. She reads to him every night. I read to him too, and we just share so many special moments together. That's what family is all about.
