Rapper Troy Ave Freed On $500,000 Bond

RadioOnFire.com - According to the NY Daily News, rapper Troy Ave has been freed on a $500,000 bond. The bond was secured by his mom's house in Brooklyn. The charges that Troy Ave currently face are weapons possession, attempted murder and more. The charges stem from a deadly shooting that took place at a T.I. concert on May 25. The shooting left Troy Ave's childhood friend and bodyguard Ronald McPhatter dead, and the rapper has denied responsibility for shooting the shot which killed him.
The conditions of Troy Ave's bond are that he must wear an ankle bracelet, and cannot leave the city until his hearing. The rapper must also stay away from any type of performance venue which includes bars, arenas, and concert halls. Along with the venue condition, the rapper will not be allowed to visit his children in New Jersey. Troy Ave's lawyer John Stella made a statement to the press saying "We feel that we have a case to present that's ultimately going to exonerate him and indicate that his actions were justified."
