Iggy Azalea Beats Drake & Eminem For 'Favorite Hip Hop Album' & 'Artist.' Katy Perry & Beyonce Win Big At The 2014 American Music Awards


RadioOnFire - The 42nd American Music Awards were held on Sunday, November 23, 2014, at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California.
The biggest winner on the night was Katy Perry who walked away with three trophies, including Favorite Female Artist Pop/Rock.


Iggy Azalea pulled off what some might consider to be two major upsets. The Australian rapper beat Drake and Eminem for Favorite Artist Rap/Hip Hop, and again in the category of Favorite Album Rap/Hip Hop, where "The New Classic" bested"Nothing Was the Same" and "The Marshall Mathers LP 2."
Beyonce won Favorite Female Artist Soul/R&B and Favorite Album Soul/R&B for her self-titled 2013 disc.
