Birdman Slapped With $1 Million Lien For Unpaid Construction On His Miami Beach Mansion

Birdman has been having some renovations done on his Miami Beach mansion, but the payments have been slow in coming. As a matter of fact the money isn't coming at all, forcing Zankey Construction Company to seek out a legal remedy.
According to The BoomboxBaby has been hit with $1,041,750.32 lien. He's reportedly overdue on two separate payments of $998,700.97 and $43,049.35.

The crib happens to be Scott Storch's former home. The producer lost the 19,000square-foot, nine bedroom17 bathroom palace in 2009 when SunTrust Bank foreclosed on it after he blew $30 million in six months at the height of his career and cocaine addiction.

As we previously reported, Birdman bought it in 2012 for $14.5 million from RockStarenergy drink inventor Russel Weiner, who turned a nice profit after acquiring it for$6.75 million.

We're pretty sure Cash Money Records' co-CEO will cough up the money owed to the construction company eventually. According to Forbes he's worth $160 million.
