*UPDATE* Statement + Video Added -Tracy Morgan In Critical Condition After His Limo Bus Overturns In Fatal New Jersey Crash


Comedian/actor Tracy Morgan is in critical condition this morning after being injured in a crash along the New Jersey Turnpike.
According to NBC10, the 30 Rock star was traveling in a limo bus along with six other people when it overturned. Two tractor trailers were involved. One is said to be at fault.

One person has died, three are in critical condition and one is listed in fair condition. Tracy was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Center in New Brunswick, N.J. He is currently in intensive care.

The lone fatality in the accident has been identified as 63-year old James McNair. Tracy Morgan's publicist, Lewis Kay, released a statement on the comedian's condition.
"Tracy remains in critical condition at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital.  He sustained these injuries in an accident that occurred early this morning as one of several passengers in a chauffeured SUV returning from a tour date in Delaware. His family is now with him and he is receiving excellent care.  We don’t anticipate much of a change in his condition today but will provide a further update once more information becomes available."
