BaltimoreMusicAwards.com - I love the city of Baltimore. Not just because it is the city where I was born; because many people do not feel a connection to the city which they were born in. I love the city of Baltimore because it is where I was living when I initially experienced everything that I love today. Women, music, film, business, love, sports, history etc. l tie all of those things to the great city of Baltimore. This city is full of some of the most talented people I have ever been exposed to.
Back in 2011, I started the Baltimore Music Awards as a platform to help recognize people from our thriving music scene. The 2016 version of this show was our biggest yet. The event streamed live from the sold out Downtown Cultural Arts Center on Tuesday, December 6th. It was hosted by the lovely Tiara Laniece. Special thanks to LaRae Green, Lisa Johnson, Sweet Tee, Positive Photos, Chop Johnson, Scrubs By Sa'Nyia, Bayyinah Monk-Nduaka and everyone else that made the 2016 Baltimore Music Awards possible.
