Kanye West's Album Gives Tidal A Much Needed Financial Boost. Subscribers Double Since It's Release

RadioOnFire.com - It's no secret that Jay Z's music streaming service, Tidal, has struggled since it's inception. Kanye West has stepped in to breathe new life into it.
West's latest album titled "The Life of Pablo" is a Tidal exclusive. While there are reports that has led to widespread bootlegging to the point where Yeezy is considering legal action against the torrent site, The Pirate Bay, it has also been just what the doctor ordered for Hov's company.

According to TMZ, Tidal subscribers have more than doubled from around 1 million to2.5 million since "The Life of Pablo" was released. That could eventually turn into a$15 million windfall.
Due to the tremendous success of the project, the powers that be are now considering a second release that may include physical copies.
