Wife Of 'Scandal' Star Columbus Short Says He Put A Knife To Her Throat & Threatened Murder/Suicide. Gets Restraining Order & Files For Divorce

Scandal star Columbus Short is facing nasty allegations from his wife Toure Tanee McCall.
McCall sought and received a restraining order against her husband after he reportedly put a knife to her throat and threatened murder/suicide on April 7.
According to TMZ, the incident began when Short entered the couple's bedroom with a bottle of wine and acted like he was going to hit his wife with it, before pouring the wine on her. He then got a kitchen knife and penned Toure on their couch and began to choke her. Short allegedly told her they were going to play a game of "Truth or Truth."
Short began to rattle off a list of men's names he suspected Toure had affairs with. He told her if she lied he would stab her in the leg.
After Toure denied sleeping with any of the men, Short is accused of putting a knife to her throat and threatening to kill them both.

Toure managed to get to her car and escape, but not before Short allegedly slashed one of her tires.
On Tuesday, April 16, Toure filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences and asked for sole custody of their 2-year-old daughter. The restraining order required Short to move out of their home. Police were present today to make sure things went smoothly.
The April 7 incident is the third domestic violence situation this year between Short and Toure. In February, he reportedly attacked his wife and was charged with spousal battery and child abuse for committing the act in front of their 2-year old daughter and his 10-year old son. He plead not guilty.
Two weeks later a police report was filed after Short pushed Toure during an argument.
