Treach Arrested After High-Speed Chase With Police In New Jersey

Rapper, Treach, of Naughty By Nature fame, was recently arrested after leading New Jersey police officers on a short high-speed chase, then charging at officers after exiting his vehicle. According to a report by TMZ, on Thursday (April 10) police attempted to pull over the “Hip-Hop Hooray” rapper, born, Anthony Criss, for driving 30 miles over the speed limit in Union Square. Cops claim Treach then sped off, running four red lights before he eventually stopped. He then reportedly hopped out of his vehicle and charged officers who drew their weapons and ordered him back to his car. He was placed in custody and charged with evading police and driving on a suspended license. He was also cited for speeding and reckless driving. He was released yesterday after posting a $15,000 bond.
