RadioOnFire.com - Baltimore Flava Radio recently welcomed Baltimore based rappers VIP Gutter & Japiro to the program. The two emcees talked about their passion for great lyrics, and how having a similar musical fan base lead them to recording a joint project called "Restoring The Feeling".
As they reminisced about starting rap crews and slowly seeing other members not taking the music as serious and eventually falling by the wayside; you can hear the passion in their voices. Even though they are solo artists with their own recording studios and projects, they reveal the process of music creation and more. VIP Gutter & Japiro talk about 92Q Jams (Baltimore) missed opportunities with Murder INC & DMX's Bloodline Records, being influenced by DJ Quicksilva, DJ Reddz and more.
