Cheescake Factory Manager Fired for Kaepernick Blackface Costume

RadioOnFire.com - A Rochester, New York Cheesecake Factory manager was fired for wearing a blackface Colin Kaepernick costume at a company party.
The manager, Andrei Shorikov, was outed by veteran Cheesecake factory employee Antonea Stevens who also claimed he had issues with the female staff often touching them inappropriately and cursing at the kitchen crew, according to The Love Life Of An Asian Guy pop-culture blog. Stevens said Shorikov used the N-word frequently in front of associates. The blog demanded his removal earlier this week. “If you do not take immediate action to remove Andrei Shorikov from your team, then you are complacent with white supremacy, you condone racism in the workplace, and WE WILL BOYCOTT YOUR BUSINESS. If you take any disciplinary action against Antonea Stevens for speaking up, WE WILL BOYCOTT YOUR BUSINESS,” the blog wrote.
The site also posted a photo of Shorikov wearing the costume. Cheesecake Factory later confirmed that this was him and told its Twitter followers that he was terminated. “The person involved in this incident is no longer employed by our company,” the company wrote. “This behavior is inappropriate, and against out values.”
