Many controversies have come since the announcing of this biopic, but it’s coming sooner rather than later. Lifetime has released the air date for, Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B.
Aaliyah fans went wild once they heard that Zendaya would be playing the songstress, which many believed to be the reason she turned the part down. That didn’t stop production – a new actress was picked, the Missy Elliott and Timbaland were found and now, the air date has been scheduled.
She was the princess of R&B and now her story is being told. #AaliyahMovie premieres Saturday, November 15.
Lifetime should bring their A++ game with this one.
