Kanye West Confirms Joint Album with Drake

RadioOnFire.com - Kanye West confirmed plans of a collaborative album with Drake after a cryptic billboard popped up in Los Angeles featuring the logos for their respective labels, G.O.O.D Music and OVO.
In an interview with Vogue about his Yeezy Season 4 collection debuting Wednesday, the rapper and designer spoke about the infamous billboard. "We're just working on music, working on a bunch of music together, just having fun going into the studio," Yeezy said.  "We're working on an album, so there's some exciting things coming up soon." He declined to give a release date.
Both Kanye and Drake have spoken about a joint album in the past. Before The Life of Pablo was released and he was doing performances of "Wolves," he gave information about the song's origin. “The ‘Wolves’ song came from a conversation that me and Drake had, when was gunna do an album together, and the album was called Wolves,” West said on the Breakfast Club in 2015. In April, Drake told Zane Lowe,“We (he & Kanye) were supposed to do a mixtape together. Maybe we’ll get that done."  On day 2 of OVO Fest in August, Kanye teased the crowd saying, “Toronto, I got one question for you. Is y’all ready for this album? I’m not talking about ‘Pablo.’ I wasn’t talking about ‘Views.’ I wanna ask y’all right now, are y’all ready for this album?”
Kanye and Drake have each done joint albums before, just not with each other. Kanye West and Jay Z released Watch the Throne, while Drake and Future released What a Time to Be Alive much later.
