Suspect In Lil Wayne's Tour Bus Shooting Arrested. Reportedly Has Ties To Young Thug

RadioOnFire.com - Back on April 26, 2015 we reported that two of Lil Wayne's tour buses had been shot at after the rapper performed at the Compound in Atlanta. There were no injuries reported, but the Atlanta Police Department issued an arrest warrant on May 21 for Jimmy Carlton Winfrey.

According to TMZ, He's now been taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a firearm by a felon, and criminal gang activity.

TMZ also reports that Winfrey had at one time been Young Thug's road manager. This is relevant because Thugger and Weezy have been at odds since Thug released an album titled Tha Barter 6, a play on words for Wayne's Tha Carter series.

Winfrey was reportedly trying to gain status with the Bloods by shooting a well known rapper.
