RadioOnFire.com - Future now has joint custody of his one-year old son, Future Zahir Wilburn, after a court ruling in Los Angeles on Tuesday, May 17.
TMZ reports that baby Future's mom, Ciara, had requested sole custody. Her lawyers argued that Future was a bad parent who didn't have a presence in his son's life.
The judge in the case rejected her request. TMZ asked Cici for a statement as she left court, but she was in no mood to talk.
I am certainly glad that the judge saw this for what it was, a mother trying to keep her son away from his father - and render a fair ruling.
