RadioOnFire.com - Young was released after spending the weekend in jail, on Monday [August 1]. Buck had been taken into custody and booked into Warren County Regional on Thursday, where he was held the proceeding three days for violating probation.
Listing him as a flight risk and danger to others, the U.S. Attorney filed a motion to revoke Buck's probation it has been learned. The news comes after a raid of his home, from which federal agents are reported to have confiscated illegal firearms. Buck has been serving probation on a gun charge since 2012.
Buck is scheduled to reappear in court for a hearing on his probationary status, on a date yet confirmed.
