RadioOnFire.com - The Zika virus has been spreading at an alarming rate across the world via mosquitoes. The virus has made its rounds to places like South America and parts of the Caribbean, even forcing Olympic athletes to cancel trips to Brazil due to fears of catching the virus. Reports of the virus reaching Miami's Wynwood district surfaced yesterday. Folks in the states aren't the only ones at risk, as Dancehall legend Beenie Man made it known that he contracted the Zika virus. According to reports, Beenie Man was scheduled to perform in Toronto along Machel Montano, and was also set to be at Drake's OVO Fest, but had his Visa denied by the Canadian government because of the virus.
Beenie Man took to Instagram to give fans a detail explanation as to why he wouldn't be making an appearance at the OVO Fest, saying "Jah know...dah week ya deal wid me a way!!
