RadioOnFire.com - A legal battle between rapper/producer and Tha Dogg Pound member, Daz Dillinger, and BMG publishing is delaying the release of the highly anticipated Tupac Shakurbiopic, "All Eyez on Me."
TMZ reports the issue is over who owns the rights to "Ambitionz Az a Ridah."
Daz produced the song, which appears on Tupac's 1996 "All Eyez on Me" album, and believes it's his call whether or not the tune can be used in the film.
BMG has thrown up a legal stop sign, insisting only they can green light the song's use, leading to the current stalemate.
The movie's release date has been pushed back from September to November, while the two parties try to sort this out. This isn't the first time Daz and BMG have had issues. The rapper sued them in April, claiming they owe him more than $75,000 in royalties.
