RadioOnFire.com - Walmart has agreed to a financial settlement with Tracy Morgan over a June 7, 2014, crash on the New Jersey turnpike.
As we previously reported, a Walmart big rig driven by Kevin Roper slammed into the back of a 2012 Mercedes limousine-bus carrying Morgan, James McNair, Jeffrey andKrista Millea and Ardley Fuqua.

McNair was killed in the accident. Morgan suffered a brain injury, broken leg bones, a broken nose and several broken ribs.
Morgan filed a lawsuit against Walmart in U.S. District Court in New Jersey, in July. Fuqua and the Millea's named as plaintiffs in the suit.
On Wednesday, May 28, Morgan announced that a settlement had been reached.
"Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families. I am grateful that the case was resolved amicably," Morgan said in a statement.
