RadioOnFire.com - Ahmad Givens, one of the brothers looking for romance on VH1's Real Chance of Love has succumbed to colon cancer, his brother, Kamal, aka Chance, tells TMZ.com.
Reports put his age at 33.
The long-haired Givens, known as "Real," was on both spinoffs of The Flavor of Love, which began as a romance show starring Public Enemy rapper Flavor Flav.
First, he was a contestant on I Love New York, featuring a Flavor finalist on her own search for love, and then Real Chance, which made him and his brother the objects of female contestants' affection.
He was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer in 2013 and his prognosis looked hopeful after surgery to remove the cancer. However, he relapsed in 2014 and underwent chemotherapy. A fall in January left him bedridden.
