Despite calls for non violence and calm by Michael Brown's mother and Al Sharpton, clashes between protesters and police continued in Ferguson, Missouri.
On Tuesday, August 12, 5 people were shot and 12 arrested. A fourth day of unrest unfolded on Wednesday as another 10 people, including St. Louis Alderman Antonio French, were taken into custody. 1 officer suffered a broken ankle.
Police are still searching for the person that shot a young woman in the head on Tuesday. She's expected to make a full recovery.
News 4 reports that police used tear gas canisters to disperse crowds on Wednesday after molotov cocktails and rocks were thrown at them. Police also brought in armored vehicles.
Two reporters, Ryan Reilly of The Huffington Post and Wesley Lowery of The Washington Post were arrested while working on their laptops at a McDonalds by SWAT officers for "not packing their bags quick enough."
