Birdman has been having some renovations done on his Miami Beach mansion, but the payments have been slow in coming. As a matter of fact the money isn't coming at all, forcing Zankey Construction Company to seek out a legal remedy.
According to The Boombox, Baby has been hit with $1,041,750.32 lien. He's reportedly overdue on two separate payments of $998,700.97 and $43,049.35.
The crib happens to be Scott Storch's former home. The producer lost the 19,000square-foot, nine bedroom, 17 bathroom palace in 2009 when SunTrust Bank foreclosed on it after he blew $30 million in six months at the height of his career and cocaine addiction.
As we previously reported, Birdman bought it in 2012 for $14.5 million from RockStarenergy drink inventor Russel Weiner, who turned a nice profit after acquiring it for$6.75 million.
We're pretty sure Cash Money Records' co-CEO will cough up the money owed to the construction company eventually. According to Forbes he's worth $160 million.
