A 22-year old Connecticut man has been arrested and charged with five counts of first-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of a firearm and possession of marijuana, following a shooting outside of Tino's Nightclub in Stamford on Sunday, July 13.
NBC Connecticut reports that Dayron Wills got into an argument with another man over a woman. A brawl broke out involving as many as 20 people.It spilled out of the club and into the parking lot. Wills pulled out a .40-caliber handgun and started shooting.
Police report that five people were wounded, but seven are named in NBC Connecticut's report. Stephanie Riccoio, Clay Williams, Domingo Ramos, Michael Palomba andDarren Bornet. Latoya Williams and Jean Prosper are listed as injured during the shooting. Miraculously, none of the wounded were believed to have suffered life threatening injuries. Four of the men and one woman were taken to the hospital.
Police don't know if the intended victim is one of the injured.

Wills legally purchased the gun used in the incident. He was licensed to carry the weapon. Police found a small amount of weed on him during their search. At his court appearance on Monday, July 14, Willis' asked the judge to delay setting bond. The judge denied the request and set the shooter's bond at $1 million.
“I think it has something to do with the kids in the city just fighting about a lot of nonsense,” Wills' mother, Linda, told the Connecticut News. She added that her son was licensed to carry because he worked in security.
