The rumor seemed to gain intensity after Kendrick dropped "No More Parties in L.A.," which featured the line, "Um, well cutie, I like your bougie bootie/Come Erykah Badu me/Hell, let's make a movie."
Badu took to Twitter to deny the rumors, tweeting, "Sound check, performance , photo opps, ghost. He was super shy." She then added, "Kendrick aint called me since y'all made up some s*** about us being in the trailer makin out so he missed his award."
When another follower pressed Erykah on the issue, claiming that there was no way the singer and Kendrick didn't hook up, she stated, "Let me educate u real fast lil mama. It's not always betwixxx the thighs .. Sometimes it's between the ears."
RadioOnFire.com - Future has reached a settlement in the $125k lawsuit he was hit with from Envision Entertainment last year, a management company that repped the rapper for a few years, beginning in April 2012.
Envision accused Future of failing and refusing to report income in excess of $900k during their time working together, which is money they should have gotten a cut of. A deal has since been made, and though the terms of their agreement are confidential, the joint dismissal states each party will pay their own attorney fees.

After days of deliberation the 7-time All-Star and former league MVP personally announced his decision through The Player Tribune, with an open letter to his fans. While Durant refrained from giving details on the deal, it is being reported that he has agreed to 2-years, $54.3 million with player option after the first season.
"The primary mandate I had for myself in making this decision was to have it based on the potential for my growth as a player—as that has always steered me in the right direction. But I am also at a point in my life where it is of equal importance to find an opportunity that encourages my evolution as a man: moving out of my comfort zone to a new city and community which offers the greatest potential for my contribution and personal growth. With this in mind, I have decided that I am going to join the Golden State Warriors," Durant wrote in a piece titled "My Next Chapter."
The race for K.D. intensified over the weekend as he was courted by Miami, San Antonio, L.A., and Boston in addition to Golden State and Oklahoma City. But a meeting with Tom Brady and the Celtics couldn't sway him east and the promise of a big four wasn't enough for him to be convinced by the Clippers. There had reportedly been rumors as the season waned down that the Warriors were fishing for the perennial scoring champ to join the Splash Brothers. With the signing Golden State will renounce their rights to center Festus Ezeli, making him an unrestricted free agent. Durant expressed remorse in making a departure from the city he carried to the Western Conference Finals four out of the last five years. "The memories and friendships are something that go far beyond the game. Those invaluable relationships are what made this deliberation so challenging," he wrote of his former Oklahoma City teammates and staff. He then went on to address the fans, saying "It really pains me to know that I will disappoint so many people with this choice, but I believe I am doing what I feel is the right thing at this point in my life and my playing career."

It looks like Flocka has now seen the error of his ways, as in a last effort to save his marriage, the rapper recently announced he would be going “off the grid” and taking a sabbatical from social media.
On Sunday afternoon [July 3], Flocka took to Twitter—deep in thought obviously—reflecting on all the negative backlash stemming from his infidelities, and sent out a series of tweets suggesting that he had learned from his mistakes. According to Flocka, in effort to show and prove or "man up", he would be falling back from social media to put more focus on his family and marriage.

The move seemed to make sense, even if the cost was hard to ignore. With a prospective contract estimated to round out at $72 million over four years [that's in the ballpark of $18 million per], most felt like the nine-year veteran was a tad bit overpriced. That was until the following day, when the Memphis Grizzlies changed the game by signing tier-two point guard Mike Conley to the biggest contract in NBA history [five years, $153 million]. A half-dozen more nine-figure deals have flooded through the gates of the leagues new salary cap since, and what appeared to be a bloated pay day for Noah not even a week ago, is starting to look like a bargain.

Bradley Beal: five years, $128 million, Nicolas Batum: five years, $120 million, Al Horford: four years, $113 million. The ground rules indeed have changed. And we ain't seen nothing yet!

And with a powerful players union having ensured that revenue is allocated to owners and players in an even 50-50 split, the ground rules level the playing field. For the Phil Jacksons in the room, those will be some expensive grounds to keep.
