The beef between Jim Jones and Dame Dash seems to be getting more personal Aswe previously reported, Jim accused his once close friend of being a "culture vulture" back in August.

Things appeared to have calmed down until Dame posted a photo Monday, November 3rd, with a caption suggesting Jim wasn't an original Dipset member.

Dame later posted another photo with a caption that could be perceived as as a shot towards Jim.

Jim finally responded via his own Instagram account on Tuesday, November 4th.

Adrian Peterson Cuts Plea Deal In Child Abuse Case. Sentenced To Probation

CONROE, Texas (Associated Press) — Minnesota Vikings star Adrian Peterson avoided jail time on Tuesday in a plea agreement reached with prosecutors to resolve his child abuse case.

Peterson pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of reckless assault under the deal that Montgomery County state District Judge Kelly Case approved during a court hearing. A no contest plea isn't an admission of guilt but is treated as such for sentencing.

The All-Pro running back was indicted in September on a felony charge of injury to a child for using a wooden switch to discipline his 4-year-old son earlier this year in suburban Houston. The case revived a debate about corporal punishment, which is on the decline in the U.S. but still widely practiced in homes and schools.

"I truly regret this incident. I take full responsibility for my actions," Peterson told reporters after accepting the plea deal. "I'm just glad this is over and I can put this behind me."

While the case was pending, he was not allowed to have contact with his son. Peterson and his attorney said he is looking forward to getting back to having a relationship with the boy.

"Adrian wants to get on with his life, have a relationship with his son and get back to playing football."

Peterson has been on paid leave from the Vikings under a special exemption from the NFL commissioner to take care of his legal problems. It was not immediately clear how the plea deal would affect his playing status.

2 Injured After Gunman Opens Fire On Freddie Gibbs' Crew In Brooklyn, New York "They Tried To Kill 2Pac, They Tried To Kill Me"

Indiana rapper Freddie Gibbs avoided injury early Tuesday morning, November 4, after a gunman opened fire on him and his crew. Unfortunately, two members of his entourage weren't so lucky.

The incident occurred at 1:13 a.m. following a performance by Gibbs at Rough Trade. Gibbs was sitting inside a black GMC Denali when shots erupted.

Investigators told Gibbs the gunman could be seen on surveillance footage stalking him inside Rough Trade.

“He [the shooter] was standing around you guys all night,” an investigator told Gibbs. “He was stalking you guys. We can tell on camera, he wanted it to look like he knew you, but it’s clear he didn’t. When you guys left, he was waiting for you outside.”

The rapper later posted messages on Twitter and Instagram indicating he was OK.

Nicki Minaj Smashes BF Safaree's Mercedes Benz With A Baseball Bat

Nobody seems to know whether Nicki Minaj and Safaree Samuals are still together, but we do have confirmation that the one/off couple have been going through it.

TMZ reports that over the summer Nicki went Barry Bonds. Chasing her man out of her crib with a bat, before using it to destroy a Mercedes Benz he had been driving.

The incident followed an argument in which the Young Money star let Safaree know he was no longer welcome at her crib by throwing his clothes out into the garage.

Nicki avoided trouble with the law because the Benz actually belonged to her. She had only let Safaree drive it while he was still in her good graces.
