Kanye Joining The Hitmen To Work on Diddy’s New Album
RadioOnFire.com - Guess who’s back in the studio and guess WHO’S going in with him??? It’s all G.O.O.D. as the Bad Boy mogul now has Kanye Joining The Hitmen To Work on Diddy’s New Album!!!
Hip Hop got some exciting news coming out of the weekend as Sean “Diddy” Combs took to Instagram to make a huge announcement: Kanye Joining The Hitmen To Work on Diddy’s New Album! If you need a remedial—“The Hitmen” are a big deal not just to the musical success which helped make Bad Boy a Hip Hop staple, but to some of music’s biggest hits in the 90s and 2000’s including everyone from the Notorious BIG to Mariah Carey. They continue to be ongoing influences in the entertainment and recording industry.
Kanye Joining The Hitmen To Work on Diddy’s New Album joins the collective super-group of Chucky Thompson, Deric “D-Dot” Angelettie, Steven “Stevie J” Jordan (aka “Steebie” and YES, he was an accomplished producer before reality show fame), Mario Winans, and Nashiem Myrick. Billboard reports this is their first time all together since Diddy’s 2010 “Last Train To Paris” album, though you might be surprised to know they’ve been cool with one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People–Kanye from jump:
In a 2012 interview with Urban Daily, members of the Hitmen spoke about their long relationship with Kanye, describing how they actually brought him into the studio when he was just starting out. “[Kanye] watched Chucky and Stevie and got to see it for himself,” D-Dot told the site, “and now he’s the new producer for the new generation, but he came from Bad Boy College and got that tutelage!”
The possibilities seem endless when thinking about Kanye Joining The Hitmen To Work on Diddy’s New Album which will be called Making Money Mitch. Looks like it’s still all about them “M’s” and don’t be too surprised—Diddy also had a production credit on “All Day.”Welp…it truly “can’t stop, won’t stop!”
