The ABC Shows ‘How To Get Away With Murder’ & ‘Black-ish’ Receive Full Season Orders!
RadioOnFire.com - ABC announced that the shows ‘How to Get Away With Murder,’ staring Viola Davis and ‘Black-ish,’ staring Anthony Anderson, will have their seasons extended to 15 and 22 episodes. The network has been receiving high ratings for both shows. “How to Get Away With Murder” had the highest debut for the fall season with 14 million viewers.
Viola Davis only signed a contract for a limited number of episodes, which is why her show has less episodes than the usual 22. “Black-ish,” which also stars Tracee Ellis Ross, received 10.8 million viewers. Anthony Anderson expressed his excitement on Twitter by saying, “Thank you twitter family for making @black_ishABC the #1 new comedy,” he tweeted. “Because of you ABC has ordered a full season! We got you! #blackishABC”
Congrats!
