What Happened To Postponements? Master P Loses Custody Of His 4 Minor Children After Failing To Show Up In Court

Sonya Miller has won a custody battle with her estranged husband, Master P, for their four minor children.

It wasn't much of a legal battle between the two. P, real name Percy Miller simply failed to show up in court, according to TMZ.

Sonya now has sole physical and legal custody of 13-year-old Hercy, 9-year-old Mercy, 17-year-old Tytyana and 14-year-old Italy. I am sure P thought there would be a postponement, unless he did not know the date.

As we previously reported, Sonya has filed for divorce from the No Limit Forever CEO after 24-years of marriage. She is seeking $67 million in the divorce settlement. Her list of demands includes $54 million from P's businesses, she estimates to be worth $136,101,000, $10 million from his "Make 'Em Say Ughh!" energy drink company, an Escalade and her $28,000 wedding dress.

I usually feel like women attach themselves to celebs to come up, but in this case Sonya has been with P since the very beginning. She was even an artist on his label in the early 90's. It appears she won the war.
