Safaree Samuels Is Banned From BET Awards Red Carpet

After Nicki Minaj openly said that her and Safaree were on good terms after the breakup apparently Safaree needed to vent on record as well. In a song called “Love the Most” Safaree Samuels spoke about his 10 year relationship with the Queens Female MC.

When Nicki Minaj spoke out on twitter after the release of Safaree’s song “Love The Most” she said that many of the things Safaree referenced to were invalid and just flat out lies. Imagining that the song started some static between the separated couple that were once on neutral ground, Safaree looks like he is implying Nicki Minaj got him banned from the red carpet for todays BET Awards Ceremony.

Sports: Molly Qerim Is Announced As New Host Of ESPN’s “First Take”

RadioOnFire.com - After Cari Champion said her final show as host of ESPN’s First Take was going to be June 19th, the show seemed to be in limbo. Both Stephen A Smith & Skip Bayless have been on vacation for a while and I’m sure the ratings have dipped with the awful backups they have been using. Enter Molly Qerim, who was announced as the new host, and just like Cari, she is professional and looks great on camera.

Qerim rejoins the “Worldwide Leader” after separate stints at NFL Network and CBS Sports. Before that, she had worked at ESPN across various different platforms.

Sports Business Journal’s John Ourand originally reported in May that Qerim was in line to become a third on-air voice for Mike & Mike as the show eyed a move from Bristol, Connecticut, to New York City. On Wednesday, Ourand reported ESPN had a change of heart regarding the move, which then put Qerim’s proposed role on Mike & Mike in question.

Instead, she’ll be leading First Take for the foreseeable future and will also take over for Michelle Beadle on the July 1 and 2 editions of SportsNation.

She will start on First Take on July 13th and I’m sure their will be a ratings jump that day.

Michael Jackson's Estate Has Made $2 Billion Since His Death 6 Years Ago

RadioOnFire.com - When Michael Jackson passed away 6 years ago today his debts were around $500 million. Since that time TMZ reports that the King of Pop's estate has grossed nearly$2 billion.

The revenue streams come from MJ's ONE show by Cirque du Soleil, 50 million records sold, the movie This Is It and other business ventures.

The $2 billion gets whittled down to $450 million after taxes and expenses. That would reduce his debts almost nothing and in the years to come the estate will see healthy profits.

Jackson made sure his three children were well taken care of financially. They each receive a significant amount of money as they get older. If the estate was liquidated today, Paris, Blanket and Prince would each get $100 million.

Rick Ross Denied Bail, Will Remain Jailed Until Hearing. Victim Identified As Jonathan Zamudio

Rick Ross has been denied bail and will remain locked up until at least his first hearing on July 1st.

Ross, real name William Roberts, is accused of attacking his groundskeeper,Jonathan Zamudio. According to TMZ, the rapper cornered the worker in the guesthouse bedroom at gunpoint and started questioning him. When he didn't receive the answers he wanted, Ross allegedly pistol whipped Zamudio twice with a 9mm pistol.

The groundskeeper suffered 2 chipped teeth plus injuries to his jaw and neck. He's reportedly now on a liquid diet.

As we previously reported, Ross and his bodyguard, James Nadrian, were taken into custody Wednesday morning, June 24, by the the Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force of the U.S. Marshals Service and the Fayette County Sheriff's Department.

Bobbi Kristina Taken Off Medications; Family Reportedly “Letting Her Go”

RadioOnFire.com - I’m hesitant to believe this, given the constant misinformation released about Bobbi Kristina, but the latest reports say that she has now been taken off of the medications that were helping to keep her alive, and her family is “letting her go.”

Bobbi’s aunt Pat Houston released a statement announcing that they’ve moved her to the hospice care facility and taken her off all medications, so she can die naturally. Doctors are unsure how long she will live without medial assistance, but Pat adds, “She is in God’s hands now.”

The decision reportedly came after the family consulted with a top brain specialist last week in Chicago, and were told that there is “no hope” for Bobbi to pull out of the coma. Our prayers are with the Browns and the Houstons at this time!

Sports: Diddy’s Charges Upgraded Including Felony Terroristic Threats & Battery!

Diddy was arrested Monday after allegedly attacking UCLA football strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi at the university athletic complex.

Diddy was initially held on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon because witnesses say he swung a kettlebell at Alosi — but later that night, officials tacked on more charges:

— 3 counts of assault w/ deadly weapon
— 1 count of making terrorist threats
— 1 count of battery


It appears Diddy was allegedly screaming threats at Alosi — and the 5 or 6 people who rushed in to break up the fight.

Diddy was eventually released on bail after posting $50k bond — but this case is far from over.

Sports: Kimbo Slice KO’s Former WWE Star & Jay Z Bodyguard, Ken Shamrock

RadioOnFire.com - I’m still not really sure who thought these two guys fighting would be a good idea, but nonetheless, the show went on last night for Bellator 138, but Ken Shamrock probably wishes it didn’t.

Shamrock, who is 51 years old, use to be a star in the WWE, but some of the younger crowd might know him better (if at all) for being a bodyguard for Jay Z. It was clear from the start he was overmatched, but he surprised everyone when he was able to choke Kimbo Slice out and it looked like he was going to put him to sleep.

Shamrock’s old arms must not have had enough strength in them because Kimbo somehow was able to shake free from the chokehold, when it looked like he was about to pass out, and that was the beginning of the end for Shamrock.

Once Kimbo was on his feet, he threw a couple punishing blows, but it was a right hook that straight dropped Shamrock and cut him badly that was the final nail in the coffin.

It was an ugly fight, but if you were expecting something else then this was the wrong event for you.

NFL: Report, Warren Sapp Is A Suspect In A Domestic Violence Investigation

RadioOnFire.com - Warren Sapp sounds like he might be having more trouble on his hands that involves police and investigations. According to reports, Sapp is a suspect in a domestic violence case where a woman accused him of getting physical at a casino.

Law enforcement sources tell us … a report has been filed against Sapp in which the 42-year-old is accused of getting into a physical altercation with a woman in a casino on April 28th.

We’re told cops met with the alleged victim at a different location after the incident and took a report … though Sapp was not present at that time. Law enforcement sources tell us the woman appeared to have suffered minor injuries.

Our sources tell us Sapp has NOT been arrested or charged with a crime at this point … though cops are still investigating.

It’s just the latest legal problem for Sapp … who was arrested for soliciting and assaulting two prostitutes in Arizona back in February.

Presidential Candidate Rick Perry Calls Charleston Shooting ‘An Accident’

RadioOnFire.com - One of Rick Perry’s aides claims the GOP presidential candidate misspoke when he suggested the mass shooting at a historic black church in Charleston, S.C., was “an accident.”


Speaking with Steve Malzberg of Newsmax, Perry criticized President Obama for using the massacre as an opportunity to raise the issue of gun reform, claiming the president was seeking to “take the guns out of the hands of everyone in this country.”

“This is the MO of this administration. Anytime there is an accident like this — the president’s clear, he doesn’t like for Americans to have guns and so he uses every opportunity, this being another one, to basically go parrot that message,” Perry said.

A Perry communications adviser wrote in an email that Perry clearly meant to say “incident” and not “accident.”


Interestingly enough, Rick Perry diverts attention to discuss America’s drug problem, insinuating drug consumption ought to be a focal point in the Charleston shooting, and not bringing light to the country’s racial and gun issues.

Racist Man Threatens Churchgoers In Richmond!

RadioOnFire.com - When will this senseless racism end? When will humans in America be graced with a positive mindset? We as a people never know. Charleston is still heavy on all our hearts. Sorry to share the news, a racist man threatens churchgoers in Richmond,Virginia. Yes, the threats were racist. 

It makes you wonder how many similar activities like Charleston can occur? Is the deep south damaged with so much generational hate? United Nations Church International was the victimized church. Police and authorities received notice from this church that they were being threatened and verbally harassed by a white man. Not surprising.

This racist white man was banging on the windows armed with a machete. Yes a machete. Of course, you know how law enforcement works. This mans name is still not yet revealed. Orrin Pullings, the pastor of the church, was afraid when he heard racist slurs from outside. One church member even warned others to lock the door.

The white racist stated:


“You N****s messed our country up, you all our going to get killed tonight.”

This is somewhat similar activity that occurred with our bothers and sisters in Charleston. I don’t know what is going on but everyone needs to wake up. Seriously. Use this time to educate yourself and communities so disgusting incidents like this will be diminished. The white racist of course was not arrested and taken to the hospital for a “medical observation”.

I hope ya’ll not surprised by this. It happened several other times in history. White racist and killers always get labeled “mentally ill”. This society needs to accept the fact that racism is still very much alive. It never died! America needs serious prayer. Thank God no one in Richmond, Virginia was harmed.

Man Who Claims Jay-Z Is His Father Speaks Out Again!

Hov has since denied the allegation against him and even curved a paternity test that could either end his claims once and for all or, actually prove what he doesn’t want to to be true.

Back in 2010, Rymir and his mother, Wanda, filed a lawsuit against Hov in an attempt to prove their allegations against him. However, they ran into some financial troubles and could not keep up with the requirements to pay lawyer fees and other costs. Despite the lawsuit against his “father” Rymir still wants Hov to pay him some amount of money due to his mother being ill and he not knowing what the future could hold. His mother may be sick, but asking for money and you truly don’t know if he is even your father? I can definitely see why Hov is dodging that test!

Rymir also said in his interview, “It was a big case for me because I really wanted to find out who my father was,” and this could be true but, what if it does turn out that he is in fact his father? Would you even want a relationship with him at that point or would he just be star struck and seek money? I think I’ll go with the latter.


In some crazy turn of events, it would be pretty sick to find out that Blue Ivy has an older brother. I wonder how Beyonce would feel about that. Something tells me that this not that last we will hear about Rymir coming at Hov.

A casting call was sent out last week “looking to cast people for the event to wear t-shirts and carry signs and help cheer him in support of his announcement.”

In connection with Gotham Government Relations and Communications, Extra Mile Casting paid sent out the casting call and offered actors $50 to cheer on Donald. Apparently, for political reasons, this is a practice that makes you look really bad – and succeeds in my eyes – called “astroturfing,” hiring political rally and event attendees in order to give the appearance of grassroots support for the candidate or issue at hand.

I mean, how low is one willing to stoop in order to be President of the United States? Already, the Trump is falling behind in this race. Paying folks to come to your announcement?! Isn’t that what CREDIBILITY is all about? If you have the juice, you don’t need to pull stupid stunts like this one.

Adrien Broner To Face Shawn Porter This Weekend!

NBA: Congratulations To The Golden State Warriors On Winning The NBA Championship!

RadioOnFire.com - Stephen Curry finished the game with 25 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assist, as the Golden State Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 105-97 in game 6 to take the series and win the NBA finals. Lebron James again had an incredible game, nearly finishing with another triple double. James finished the game with 32 points, 18 rebounds and 9 assist.


Draymond Green posted a triple-double with 16 points, 11 boards and 10 dimes.

Andre Iguodala was named the finals MVP and finished the game with 25 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assist. Iguodala, who come off the bench for the whole regular season after being a starter for most of his career, said the only way he would not kick his coach Steve Kerr’s a** would be if they won the championship. Looks like Iguodala got his wish.

Golden State won its first championship since 1975, giving many of the young players on the Golden State roster their first championship rings.

LHH’S Rasheeda Opens Her Boutique !!!

RadioOnFire.com - I think it’s safe to speak for everyone and say WE LOVE Rasheeda from Love & Hip Hop. Known as Rasheeda Boss chick we have all watched her go through up’s and down’s with her husband Kirk Frost. Frost is a good name for that man because he is COLD when it comes to some of the choices he makes as a husband. Season after season he takes her money for his own business ventures while she works hard from home. All Rasheeda wanted was her own boutique. Well now she has one that opens on June 17 ! Check out what celebrities came to get a sneak peek and support.

Keri Hilson was one of the first to shout out that Rasheeda finally gets her new store that will be set up in the Phipps Place in Atlanta . Making a joke because the name of the boutique is called “Pressed” , Keri stated in her instagram post she was imPressed! Stay tuned to Rasheeda’s instagram this week as we can all get the sneak peak into the new store. Rasheeda finally gets the chance to show off her stuff, as she worked so hard from home to keep her business going.

As the Frost family awaits the opening of Rasheeda’s “Pressed” they went to the screening of the movie Dope. Karrueche: I'm Not Straight Anymore & I'm Ready to Date Women

RadioOnFire.com - Ever since the new season of Netflix's "Orange Is The New Black" was released last week, fans have been fixated on new cast member Ruby Rose, including Karrueche Tran.

Chris Brown's former girlfriend shared a meme that read, "When you think you're straight and then Ruby Rose comes along and confuses you." She added the caption, "I'm not straight anymore. I'm not confused. I'm ready :)" 

This comes just a few days after Karrueche told a paparazzo that "Boys suck. Girls are better".

K. Michelle Announces She's Retiring After Next Album

RadioOnFire.com - K. Michelle has been on a hot streak since releasing "Rebellious Soul" in 2013, but the Memphis-born singer revealed on Twitter that she's planning on retiring after her next album. When a fan asked if she "would give it up tomorrow," K said that she's making "1 more album I'm out! I've helped women and made money 4my family." 

While talking to other fans the "Love & Hip Hop" star was also asked why she hates being famous and she responded, "I hate being singer! I hate it. I hate the hate when i trying to just help my family [sic]." 

2 Things Things To Watch in NBA Finals Game 6: Will LeBron Get Any Help To Force a Game 7?

RadioOnFire.com - The Warriors are set to face the Cavaliers in Game 6 of the NBA Finals on Tuesday night in Cleveland.

We know who and what the Golden State Warriors are, we’ve seen it for 103 games now. We’ve seen Stephen Curry hit those ridiculous step-back threes off the bounce, and we know he can keep doing it. We have seen Draymond Green defend and knock down threes. We’ve seen this team destroy opponents in transition. We’ve seen this team defend brilliantly.

After the last two games of these NBA Finals, we have a pretty good idea what the Golden State Warriors will bring in Game 6 Tuesday night as they try to win the franchises’ first title since David Beckham was born. They will go small and bring everything mentioned in that first paragraph.

The big questions are all on the Cavaliers side at this point — they need to find an answer to the Warriors small-ball lineup. David Blatt tried going big and lost by 21. He tried going small and lost by 13. Now what?

Two questions 

1- Can LeBron do any more? He may have to if the Cavaliers want to play one more game.

2 - Are the Warriors ready to withstand the Cavaliers best punch?

NBA: Report, Jerry West Threatened The Warriors With His Resignation If They Went After Kevin Love

RadioOnFire.com - Jerry West apparently doesn’t think too highly of Kevin Love on the basketball court.

Love became a Cavalier, after a summer’s worth of signs, after being dealt from Minnesota to Cleveland for a package that included expected (and eventual) Rookie of the Year Andrew Wiggins, and Chris Grant-era casualty Anthony Bennett. Prior to that trade, Love was rumored to be headed to Cleveland’s combatants, the Golden State Warriors, in exchange for Klay Thompson, and David Lee. That’s what Minnesota wanted, at least.

One member of Golden State’s award-winning front office, however, was having none of it. From Chris Ballard’s typically must-read feature at Sports Illustrated, here is NBA legend and W’s head consultant Jerry West throwing himself in front of any notion of the idea of losing Thompson.

Perhaps West’s biggest contribution came last summer, though, when, along with Kerr, he adamantly opposed a trade centered around Thompson and Love. West argued that trading Thompson would be an enormous mistake. The Warriors were built on defense and Love, while a skilled offensive player, was a subpar defender. What’s more, West was certain Thompson would continue to improve, giving the Warriors a potential Hall of Fame backcourt for the next decade.

West felt so strongly that, according to one person close to the negotiations, he threatened to resign if the team made the trade. Chances are, West wouldn’t have actually done it—that’s just the way he talks—but when the most successful talent evaluator in league history feels that adamantly about something, it’s probably worth listening.

Speak to the principals today and everyone says it was a group decision, none more forcefully than West. As is his nature, he takes great pains to deflect any credit, praising the work of Myers and Lacob and the rest. Myers points out that, “It’s a lot easier to make suggestions than decisions.” As for Lacob, he dismisses the topic. “There was never, ever a time when we were going to consider trading Klay in that deal,” he says. “Jerry was strong on that, but so was everybody else.”

This may be true. Then again, a source with knowledge of the negotiations counters that, “The deal was done. And Jerry put his foot down.”

NFL: After Being Cut From Team, Brandon Spikes Selling Patriots AFC Championship Ring on eBay

RadioOnFire.com - The Patriots cut ties to Brandon Spikes and Spikes appears to be cutting all ties to the Pats. The linebacker is selling his 2011 AFC Championship ring on eBay.


As of now, the Buy it Now option is at $19,499.

As you know, Spikes and the Patriots have a complicated relationship. The linebacker was put on injured reserve after being late to practice during the 2014 postseason. He left the team and joined the AFC East rival Bills — and ripped the Patriots on Twitter after leaving. When Spikes returned to the Patriots this offseason, it seemed he they had buried the hatchet.

But Spikes got into trouble for his involvement in a hit-and-run. He was released by the team, and eventually cited by the police for the incident.

Donald Trump Is Running For President!

RadioOnFire.com - Oh-Em-Gee! It would be this 69-year-old television personality, among other things, to make an announcement is the biggest way possible. Donald Trump is running for presidency, and he does so on live television.

“I am officially running for President of the United States,” the Trump announces this morning. “We are going to make our country great again. It can happen. We have tremendous potential.”


Early this morning, Donald Trump took to his Twitter account to let it be known that he was making a big ‘announcement’. Of course, he pulled out the extravaganzas for the announcement.


The Trump began with a speech on the United States’ enemies. “When did we beat China? When did we beat Japan? They beat us all the time,” he says. “When did we beat Mexico at the boarder? …they are beating us economically. They are not our friend.” He continues on with the Mexico bashing, blaming drugs, prostitution and more on Mexico.

Instead of saying what he will do – you know, giving reasons for voters to actually vote for him – his arguments were of what others did wrong. Islamic countries and our President, Barack Obama being the brunt of his bash. “They just built a hotel in syria. Are you serious? When I build a hotel, I have to pay interest. They don’t have to pay interest, and what they don’t have Iran has.”

Trump makes it clear that he is not, or was not Obama’s biggest fan. “Polititians are all talk and no action. Our country needs a truly great leader.” Apparently, Obama is not that. He is a “cheerleader for the country.” However, even that did not last. He adds, “a big lie, called Obamacare. “Deductibles are through the roof. You have to get hit by a trackter, literally a tracker to use it.”


So why should the people vote for the Trump? According to him, “I am a nice person. I give a lot of money away.” 

He wont get my vote!
